Securely pack the products in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to prevent processing delays.
- 3.Ship to Concept Global
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
